My initial phone call with their friendly rep Sara was seamless... and our tech, Josh , was very pleasant and professional . He was knowledgeable and thoroughly treated our home. I also like the after visit email explaining the treatment and service. Our invoice was the promised quote. I'm a happy customer.
A current or old employee lived where I live now. Packages keep showing up. I've called multiple times to make it stop. No one follows up. So here is the review. If they can't follow up on some so simple. What other things are they leaving out.
