I originally liked Dr. Yaqub, but now I feel different. Her medical assistant is completely incompetent, highly sensitive, and is completely lacking in interpersonal skills. Dr. Yaqub defended her assistant, even with the most egregious errors, and as a result has forced me to find a new practice. That’s fine with me anyway, because I need an office that a- answers the phone during business hours, b- doesn’t have a medical assistant making medical assessments beyond her scope of practice, c- a doctor who will care for her pa... read more
