I originally liked Dr. Yaqub, but now I feel different. Her medical assistant is completely incompetent, highly sensitive, and is completely lacking in interpersonal skills. Dr. Yaqub defended her assistant, even with the most egregious errors, and as a result has forced me to find a new practice.
