I saw Dr Chaudhry while living in Richmond sometime between 2018-2019 and drove the 1.5 hours in hope of understanding why I was feeling insanely tired (like sleeping 15 hours a day), had awful brain fog, why my hair was falling out, and why I gained 20 lbs in a year despite being in a documented caloric deficit where every gram of food was weighed and every macronutrient tracked, and while also being a D3 student athlete. Dr Zunaira Chaudhry is Fabulous, Knowledgable, Professional and Personable! However, Ascension St Vincent rescheduling my appointments five times & taking fourteen months to finally get at least a virtual appointment with the doctor (while having symptoms and concerns) is unacceptable.
She talked down to me and over my head with medical terminology, I left there more confused than ever. This was for my hypothyroidism and hormones.
Doctor was helpful but staff seemed less than happy to be working. Seemed a bit inconvenienced to have to get me into the room as well check-out.
