I went to their garage for help to just look at my car before I went on a road trip to my doctors appointment in Las Cruces and they wouldn’t even look at my car now I’m broke down on the highway in the hot weather with my dog. I could give zero stars I would first, they told me that the insurance company told them the car was a total loss. They not only told me that multiple times, but they also told my father that. They have had my car since March in April Since they told me the car was a total loss I went ahead and bought another car. The car was not a total loss and my insurance paid them 2500 with my deductible of $1000. and in may they call me to come get it. Here what my car looked like. Do you guys fix car Ac ???
I called for an appointment to service my transmission and they scheduled me for June 5, 2025 and when my truck got dropped off they said they couldn’t do the work because they were too busy, very inconvenient for me as I have a set schedule. I will not recommend this place to anyone, as I believe they just select who they do work for. Prejudice people and poor customer service. I’d give them a -5 rating!!!
