Must be really busy as I filled out the clipboard with my info but never heard from them... don't have to worry about a lot of questions because no smiles or friendly faces... need some customer service improvements for sure
They did some work on a car, new to me, able to pick it up on Saturday, even, Yippie! However I've been there 3x trying to get an appt for matter with same vehicle, No call back? Seemed like a great guy. Into Gossip? Lonnie's good, Have to wonder about his crew sometimes..
I went to their garage for help to just look at my car before I went on a road trip to my doctors appointment in Las Cruces and they wouldn’t even look at my car now I’m broke down on the highway in the hot weather with my dog. I could’ve probably avoided the trip if they told me something major was wrong with my car. They’re not great service. They’re not good people. I’m also brown.
