A Magical Sushi Experience Zumo Sushi is truly something special. This place feels magical from the moment you walk in. Spotless, incredibly efficient, welcoming, and filled with genuine warmth. This place was magnificent. Tea was great. Sushi was great. Fried rice great. Music was a little wild, but the servers made up for it. The names of the rolls, added to the aesthetic. Wish it had some matcha. Best Sushi I have ever had.
Even though it was very busy and seemed understaffed for the number of servers needed, the entire staff did an amazing job! The food was delicious, and the service was great. We also ordered the Red Dragon Roll, spicy edamame, and miso soup—all of which were fantastic! Overall, a great experience!
Best thing is BYOB ( bring your own brew)! 🍶 A good portion of Hamachi kama is fried instead of broiled. Fried calamari with a light batter was great. Soft shell crab roll was good. (Get the zumo roll instead!) This is the first time eating here and won't be our last. Lots of dishes to try, so looking forward to coming back! Location is great! Kauai Village Shopping Center have a variety of stores to shop and eat.
Fantastic hidden gem! The sushi was fresh, the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff was very helpful & friendly.
