Being accused of shoplifting after my daughter tried on 3 pairs of pants along with my son. My daughter didn’t like the pants, proceeded to check out with two pairs of pants for my son. Walked out of the store…10 minutes later I’m stopped by security saying I stole a pair of pants I never event touched or looked at. Got the wrong person and embarrassed me and my children. No proof, no footage, refused to involve the police. Unbelievable
I've generally had positive experiences with Zumiez. The company offers quality products, and the customer service has usually been friendly and helpful. The only negative experience I've had occurred when I briefly pulled over on my bicycle and stopped in the parking lot to make an urgent phone call.
