HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees are so rude and they don’t even try to help customers. They gossip and insult some customers that walk in just because of their styles. I was finding multiple different things in places that they WEREN’T supposed to be in. Their clothes are SO overpriced compared to other zumiez stores. The store smells stale and it smells like a basement. Just overall a HORRIBLE experience.

I went there last Saturday and it was terrible. The staff are super rude, young people on their phones and get mad at you when you ask for help trying shoes. Also their prices are way too high.

I sadly didn't buy anything here. I would've if I could. The employees were the coolest people ever. Willing to help me out with anything. I am writing this review because of the amazing, high-quality, merchandise and the awesome employees. SHOP HERE! THIS WON'T BE MY LAST TIME IN

HUGE shout out to district manager Tamara and employees Colton, Santiago and Jimmy who are amazing! Great atmosphere and customer service from the team and are well knowledgeable about their products. This will be my go to location now in the city.
