absolutely adored chris he made sure we got all the things we were looking for, made our shopping experience humorous, as for the girl in the red headband and dark hair absolutely worst customer service and so rude, attitude was not needed and is not approachable whatsoever, like seriously as a fellow retail worker please do better.
I had a great experience at this Zumiez location. Isaac helped me pick out everything I needed for a new board and actually built the board on the spot. Super knowledgeable, honest. This guy knows his stuff and how can help you put together a setup that matches how you want to ride. He made the whole process easy and made sure the board was right. Checkout was easy and simple, great customer service all around.
Awesome service
West was the associate who helped me get a new pair of shoes. I really really appreciated how he went above and beyond to help me get the pair I wanted, I was really indecisive and kept asking for another pair but he helped me and I was able to get the one I really wanted with his help! Wonderful customer service thank you again for everything!
I like this location, there’s always in stock of items I want to buy. The sales associates are amazing! They are always welcoming and provided excellent customer service. But every time I go there . This caucasian kinda older lady , she’s always behind register. She needs to be taught some customer service or re trained on how to talk to her workers because the way she talks to her coworkers is unacceptable.
