I was visiting from San Diego and stopped by to look around, unfortunately, the music here was insanely loud! I couldn't even hear the nice guy I was speaking with working at the register, please be more mindful in the future, thanks.

absolutely adored chris he made sure we got all the things we were looking for, made our shopping experience humorous, as for the girl in the red headband and dark hair absolutely worst customer service and so rude, attitude was not needed and is not approachable whatsoever, like seriously as a fellow retail worker please do better.
I had a great experience at this Zumiez location. Isaac helped me pick out everything I needed for a new board and actually built the board on the spot. Super knowledgeable, honest. This guy knows his stuff and how can help you put together a setup that matches how you want to ride. He made the whole process easy and made sure the board was right. Checkout was easy and simple, great customer service all around.
