I rarely write reviews but my experience at this location is the standard we expect of customer service. I didn't get his name but he was so helpful and patient. He was also knowledgeable about the different styles and fits of the clothing.
Today I was able to pick up some Nike sb vertebrae size 9, was the last one in the shop One of the shoes was up for display & the other in a box.. I asked the gentleman if he could give me a discount but declined on the request The reason was because he was low on his numbers for the month which I told him that’s not my problem but proceeded to say that the discount is not on his store policy I am okay with not receiving the discount but the rebuddle is what left me mindblown lol That’s not customer service, at least give me... read more
