Bad management I was in NY for vacation, visiting family. Took my niece amd nephew shopping at the Salmon Run Mall and we decided to check out this Zumiez. Let me begin by saying I could not have been more offended by the service I received. Horrible customer service manager (Blake) on the phone making party plans while customers waited.
