The employees at this location are absolutely incredible. Good customer service is such a dying trait and every single person that we encountered today was so nice and helpful. They were so helpful finding options for my two kids and I was just blown away by their service. Great job guys, keep up the great work - keep setting yourselves apart, you're blowing everyone out of the water with your kindness and enthusiasm.
Staff was awesome, impeccable service. And they took immediate action when I informed them the clothes I ordered did not arrive with the rest; on the same day they called back and fixed the issue. And they gave me a bag of memorabilia with a handwritten apology. They went above and beyond in their service. I greatly appreciate their work ethic and friendliness.
Still have thrasher so who's complaining.
