The 2 young man who helped us today were so kind and patient. They let us take our time to find the perfect fit for my 12 year old. The bundle was great deal.
Really amazing customer service from Dustin, made it very hard to say no to the amazing deals they had going on, also did really well in helping me find what I wanted and even was amazing assisting other customers and keeping everyone happy. Really helpful and super nice.
Went to exchange a shirt. The shirt we picked was $2 cheaper. She said they can't give us credit for less than $10. Says we have to buy something and pay the difference. So I said no. She then said I can't give you a receipt. So we walked out with the exchanged shirt and no receipt. These are criminal business practices. Don't go here. Edit: Employee was very nice. Store policy is the problem.
Andrew always has a smile and a genuine way with customers. I feel like any time I shop here Andrew is my salesperson and I wouldn’t prefer it any other way! Thanks for the help today! I manage two businesses and I know a good employee when I see one.
The Google posting for this location in the Flatirons Mall says they close at 8pm. I arrived at 6:35pm to ask a lady with a shaved head what time they close through a closed gate and she said 6pm. Waste of time.
