The Manager V was very nice, she had an unfortunate experience with some customers however I think she handled it very professionally and maintained her composure well, I can see why they made her Manager! Corporate please take notice of the wonderful work she does!

Went to do a return for $21 the girl said she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have money in the register like how are you not gunna have money was she lazy to do her job also told me to come back another day makes no sense
Tried to return a pair of shoes I bought because they are too narrow for my feet. The girl at the register said she was unable to process my return because I paid cash and since the store just opened her register had no cash in the drawer to do a return. How in the heck do you open the store for the day and there’s no cash in the drawer. That’s ridiculous so now I have to drive even further to try to make a return!
