Horrible expierences at the zumiez in mayfair mall. I found the young staff to be rude and intrusive. I saw no older management in the store and i found the staff to be childish. also from previous expierences the staff has always been all in the way, they are constantly standing over shoulders and watching everything that is even moved. felt like they were on the look out for shoplifters every second and it just made me uncomfortable. remove the young lady with the short black hair, she was expessially the worst..
Jeremiah, I apologize for any issues you've previously had. While I am sure it has been frustrating to be questioned that is not in our training or any of my managements training to guilt you into not returning items. I do encourage staff to determine if there was an issue regarding your item so we can fix it. Our training also does not include pushing customers until they buy products. I actually hate going into this store even though I like some of the products. I believe in local shopping to keep business in the valley lucrative, but they don't allow normal people that just want to shop and be treated with respect do this. The employees are overbearing, loud and won't leave you alone even though you tell them you don't need help. the guys in this zumiez were pretty chill at first then they were just pretty mean and made fun of me and my friend because we had a different idea on somthing when the old manager was there it was ok chris that guy was awsome now this store is just mean i dont know if ill shop there anymore those guys are just jerk the products are great though but they are to expensive vans accros the hall have the same things just lower cost
Best customer service EVER, Gavin and Ian went above and beyond and are super nice and pretty HOT! I will always shop there
