I went to Holyoke mall today with my disabled son. He wants a new pair of Van for his bday. We went to every single store in the mall that sell sneakers. Jorney store had the side and the black van sneakers however the kids working did not help or attend to us as customers. We ended at zumiez and Eddie and Perrin were so attentive to us. They did not have the size but we ordered the size and will come to my house with no shipping cost. Perrin was so nice to my son treated him as a human. The staff are out of this world!!! Helped my son get the outfits he wanted. So sweet and helpful.
I shopped online and the didn't have one of the items I ordered they canceled the order and I'm still waiting for my refund 3 days later... will never shop online again!
