Bad Customer Service. My son and I were looking for sneakers, it was our first time at Zummies. When we entered the store, we didnt receive a greeting from the Sales Associates. At first, we werent sure if anyone was working there, but there were two young adults, a male and female talking to each other. Pretty underwhelming experience. I just got back into skateboarding and needed new skate shoes. I decided to stop into Zumiez thinking a skate shop would be the best bet. I found what I was interested in but really had to try to track down an associate. As soon as I figured out who worked there I was met with “ugh, you want me to work?” energy.
