Bad Customer Service. My son and I were looking for sneakers, it was our first time at Zummies. When we entered the store, we didnt receive a greeting from the Sales Associates. At first, we werent sure if anyone was working there, but there were two young adults, a male and female talking to each other. We soon realized they did work there, since one mentioned to the other, he would be going on break. Staff on Saturday afternoon@ Chapel Hills were friendly, helpful and patient. I’ve got three teens, so saving some $$ on school clothes and getting them things they wanted was siiiick :) Thanks guys! Your professionalism was refreshing and appreciated!
