Bad Customer Service. My son and I were looking for sneakers, it was our first time at Zummies. When we entered the store, we didnt receive a greeting from the Sales Associates. At first, we werent sure if anyone was working there, but there were two young adults, a male and female talking to each other. Pretty underwhelming experience. I just got back into skateboarding and needed new skate shoes. I decided to stop into Zumiez thinking a skate shop would be the best bet. I found what I was interested in but really had to try to track down an associate. As soon as I figured out who worked there I was met with “ugh, you want me to work?” energy. If I could give zero stars, I would. Your two (very young) employees were skating in the store. Very unprofessional. They didn't greet us when we walked in and acted as if we were the "nuisance" for being there. When I kept looking at both boys while they were skating, one of them said something to me, but I couldn't hear what he said since the music was so loud. I'm sure it wasn't a pleasant comment considering how stupid they were acting in the store. One of the kids was always spitting in a cup, repeatedly. Talk about gro... read more
