Quinton and Ryder were amazing, they were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this store over any other location. Always the best customer service and stock available.
Their manager Eli is honestly one of the best managers I have met. Great customer service and with his approach towards my friend who wanted a board for himself as well, very enthusiastic worker.
i like to come here with my friends who are all thin, and over all of my visits here the staff seem to only engage with my thin friends and ignore me, the only fat person. i don’t mind but it’s happened so consistently that im just ignored completely while they have full on conversations with my skinny friends. it just seems like they do it intentionally, and that they don’t welcome plus size people here which sucks cause i love shopping here :/
I have had great experiences and excellent customer service every time I have purchased from Zumiez. Recently I needed to exchange a pair of shoes. It was handled efficiently and with a smile. When my replacement shoes showed up there was even a note from an employee saying how my shoe choice was fire. I highly recommend Loveland Zumiez.
