We engaged Zumbrunn Law to have a Living Trust made. We explained this was to protect our children's inheritance from Medi-Cal Recovery and it was important that it was done right that's why we gave them $3500 dollars in all. We received the trust it had names of people we didn't know in it, yes we left all our property to people we don't know.
