Love this place!
Lot rent goes up every 6 months on the dot. Absolutely no amenities either. They won't fix billing issues either, they continuously change managers, they don't communicate with residents only though their lawyer. They charge fees that aren't legal in MN. They charge for utilities now, which would be fine if they didn't just make up the amount used. We dont have a water meter and they just charged us whatever they felt this month. They also installed the sub water meters illegally and VERY against code. They had unlicensed in... read more
