This is the first time that I have been to this Eye Doctor and found that the staff there are very friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. Even though I was the last person to be seen for an eye exam, they still took the time to understand my eye needs. I am very excited about my new contact that I ordered and can't wait for them to show up. Dr. Johnson is a great addition to the area. She is very caring and concerned for her patients. The rest of staff is great as well.
If only it was an actual small business like it used to be. My kids and I waited hours to see an online doctor. Had to reschedule one of them because wth not waiting more hours and the poor employees. Now neither of my children have their contact prescriptions. The place shut down and then didn't reopen when they said they would. What a joke Edit : I'll move it to two stars because really the ladies up front are great. Ordered contacts. Waited 2 weeks and never heard anything back. Kept going there, but they close for a ridiculous amount of time for lunch, the only time I can be there. They used to be closed Thursday, back open Friday. Didn’t realize now they are closed Friday. Called 3 weeks after waiting. Said who I was, why I was calling and she asked if she could call me back, then hung up. No call back.
