If only it was an actual small business like it used to be. My kids and I waited hours to see an online doctor. Had to reschedule one of them because wth not waiting more hours and the poor employees. Now neither of my children have their contact prescriptions. Ordered contacts. Waited 2 weeks and never heard anything back. Kept going there, but they close for a ridiculous amount of time for lunch, the only time I can be there. They used to be closed Thursday, back open Friday. Didn’t realize now they are closed Friday. Called 3 weeks after waiting. Said who I was, why I was calling and she asked if she could call me back, then hung up. No call back. I went there and the techs are very smart and helped with a refraction. Then they helped me get my first set of glasses. They were skillful, informative and so nice! I will definitely be back again. I come from out of town just to see them, they’re great!
