Need a girls night IN ? No need to look any further. My online classes are for anyone living in Canada over the age of 18. We have many types of fitness levels that attend and I show you a low and high impact version so you can choose what works best for you. Since March of 2020 I have been hosting live classes on Zoom from 7-8pm. We exercise but we are so much more than that. We have become a family and welcome newbies every night. I love Michelle’s classes! She has great energy and creates a wonderful sense of community. You get so much more than a Zumba class with Michelle.
I started doing Michelle's online class when social distancing started and I am hooked! Her energy and charisma is contagious even through my tablet 🙂 Thank you Michelle!
I gave up my gym membership 2 years ago and have been doing this Zumba class ever since. Women of all ages come here to have fun while being active . It was nice to finally find a place to work out and not feel judged . Michelle always shows the lower impact moves for anyone just starting or has limitations . I look forward to it every week!
