10 stars! The fun and joy in this class is off the charts. Everyone is the room is beaming and having the time of their lives. Josette is magical in her ability to make every class an experience that feeds your soul. And it's an incredible workout!
Hands down the best class I have attended in years. This is how fun exercise should be. Such good vibe and excellent energy. From 16 to 80 years old and every Ethnicity, a community of like minded people just being passionate about music and dance, (workout is a side bonus) No judgement, no one cared if you got the steps right, no sizing one another up, no out performing one another.
