Amazing place to workout. Beth is a wonderful instructor. Clean, friendly and caring group of individuals.
Love the instructors and the classes. I live in Colorado and take advantage of the zoom classes but even better is taking a class in studio when I am in Sarasota. The energy in the studio is off the charts!
