Zumba Con Sofy is the best of the best. If you’re looking for a life change I 100% recommend coming here. This instructor will NOT let you give up on your weight loss goals. Her classes include ❌co Latin by Jackie, Regular Zumba classes, Zumba Classes with Weight lifting, Flexi-Bar and much more! She is always introducing new fun ways to exercise. Our Certified instructor is also one of the best Head Coaches in the DFW. I am beyond blessed to have found this location.
