With only a brief exposure to Zumba, I decided to join Maridol's class. I was reluctant because I thought I would really stand out not knowing what to do. As a true beginner, she and the class members welcomed me and I have not regretted joining. She is an excellent instructor because she really wants us to get toned up; she is passionate about Zumba and this comes across very naturally to everyone. Lots of fun to be had at this Zumba class!! Maridol's songs & routines have the Latin flavor that just makes you want to move. Tone it down or kick it up, however you like. Maridol is the best!

I have been attending Maridol's class for over three years now. Love the energy and her! It is a great workout with some great people.

Zumba with Maridol is great! This was the first Zumba class I have ever taken, and I had so much fun. She has a wonderful, upbeat personality that makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I always enjoy going there when I get the opportunity!

Maridol is amazing. The energy level is high and the music changes frequently enough to keep you interested. There are high impact and low impact folks in this class, so everyone's needs are met. You should try this, it is addicting!!!
