I've taken classes with a lot of instructors over the years, but Nessie is truly one of a kind. she creates a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels. You can tell she's passionate about what she does. She's motivating without being intimidating, pays attention to form and safety, and genuinely knows how to get a room moving. This is one of the most fun and physically satisfying fitness classes I have ever done. Nessie keeps the energy flowing with her smile, rhythm and interaction with everyone around. You will burn more calories and have fun while doing this and maybe learn some moves

I started taking Nessies classes in May. From the very first class I was hooked. She is an excellent instructor who gives her all and then some. I love her enthusiasm and energy. Never a dull moment she mixes everything up and keeps you on your toes. She inspires us all, young and old. Not just an instructor but someone you will come to love.

Nessie makes Zumba entertaining- brings the entire class together making exercise FUN!! I recommend her to everyone!
