It's very difficult to schedule an appointment with her for immediate care. Most of the reviews are about the difficulty of seeking urgent appointments apart from scheduled annual or return visits. However, the doctor may not be totally responsible as it may be the policy of Northwell. There's no point having a PCP that you can not have one to one conversation except during normal routine visits which are often of a brief period of 30mins or less. All the reviews I read. Nothing to do with the Doctor. It is the Northwell system, which is annoying for the patient. Can not talk direct to the office to give the message to the Doctor. Third party does not convey the message completely and that causes confusion.

Dr Fatima or other doctors at practice are unavailable when you need them. Was just told to go to urgent care

I scheduled back-to-back appointments for myself and my wife, and we took time off from work to make them. We called that morning to confirm and found out our appointments were moved out two months -- to times that don't work for us. This resulted in an argument at home (resolved now) and screwed-up schedules and productivity. We won't be coming to this doctor. Ever.
