The worst host experience I ever had in my entire life. I will never suggest anyone to rely to Zuma Housing. They host 8 of us for the summer period: almost non-existence or very delayed assistance for wi-fi (we are italians so we needed to communicate with our families and we could not for almost 2 weeks). The washing machine didn't work for an entire month and nobody came to fix it despite tens of e-mail we sent them. So we paid a lot of money for using Uber and coins laundries and Zuma never refund us despite its promises... read more
