I’ve only left one bad review in my life, and unfortunately I have to do it again. I left the nail salon with two nails bleeding, my nails are uneven, the polish is on my cuticles, and the oils and lotions they used made my hands super dry. Don’t be like me and listen to the bad reviews for the time being. I hope that they figure this out both for their business and for the people who give this place a try. I’m giving two stars because the ladies were very sweet.

I feel really bad for the business owner. They have employees by the front door. That aren’t welcoming to new customers and just looks miserable.

I wasted $40 on a regular pedicure and a regular manicure! I didn't ask for much—just to have them cleaned—and it didn't even take 30 minutes to do both! The worst experience of my life! I went back to ask for a refund for their shoddy work, and they reluctantly gave me back only $10! Get some training before you open a nail salon!

I stopped by this salon this afternoon because it's close to where I live, and I wanted to give it a try. I came in specifically asking for chrome nails and confirmed with the staff that they offered that service. I even showed them an inspiration photo of exactly what I wanted. As the appointment started, I noticed the nail technician was applying a glitter gel polish instead of using chrome powder.
