I wasted $40 on a regular pedicure and a regular manicure! I didn't ask for much—just to have them cleaned—and it didn't even take 30 minutes to do both! The worst experience of my life! I went back to ask for a refund for their shoddy work, and they reluctantly gave me back only $10! Get some training before you open a nail salon!

I stopped by this salon this afternoon because it's close to where I live, and I wanted to give it a try. I came in specifically asking for chrome nails and confirmed with the staff that they offered that service. I even showed them an inspiration photo of exactly what I wanted. As the appointment started, I noticed the nail technician was applying a glitter gel polish instead of using chrome powder.
