On Friday, October 16, 2026, I woke up to a chest cold that went from bad to worse. When I looked in the bathroom mirror, I noticed that my watering, pulsating right eye was half shut and surrounded by swollen eyelids. I looked pitiful! I texted Dr. Bajuyo's office at Zuli Direct Care with a picture of my eye. She promptly responded with an email, instructing me to apply a specific brand of eyedrops, and to put a warm wash rag on my eye between doses. Dr. Bajuyo has been extremely kind and knowledgeable guiding me through the many HRT options, making adjustments over time with neverending patience, until it was right and I felt like myself again. It was a real team effort and she took as much time as needed to get it right. I know I would have never received that kind of personal care and attention elsewhere, and I feel so fortunate that I have found Zuli!
