Have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Ty and this office! So grateful to have a great primary care physician in the neighborhood.

I guess she's good if she shows up for work. I waited over a month for a new patient appointment. She cancelled an hour beforehand. Next available over a month away. I am apparently not the only one...
I was going to be a new patient with this physician. Yet after more than a month waiting for my appointment they canceled on me the evening before. They were supposed to call me the day after to reschedule my appointment, yet it seems that I have been forgotten. Fortunately there are many physicians in this city so I'll have to go to another place.
