Today 1.13.2025, Technician Logan came to my house to do a service panel upgrade after having one done 2 years ago. After describing the problems, especially whati saw and heard from outside service connection he said he knew what it was. The problem was exactly what I saw and he knew what it was. It was weak connectors the last crew put on, Logan put on new bigger stronger ones, and the problem was fix. Logan did some work at the house we rented when we first moved to the area. He was very professional and did great work then, so when we bought our house and needed to have some electrical work done, we didn't hesitate to call Logan. He is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly. He is very professional and does great work.
