I placed an order scheduled to be ready at 7:18 PM, but it was not available until 7:43 PM. A 25-minute delay is disappointing, especially when ordering ahead. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me had a poor attitude and was not welcoming or helpful. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and customer service would make a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

My husband and I drove all the way from Pinellas County to eat here. When we arrived we requested the open booth. It was 2:30pm and not busy. The hostess advised us that those tables were for parties of 4 only and sat us at a tiny 2 top. Instead of ordering our usual Thai teas, 3 sushi plates with appetizers and desserts, my husband and I just had water and one sushi roll each, paid and left. I ordered sushi from your restaurant today and waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for my order. Nobody seemed to be doing anything about it until I finally told the staff that I had already been waiting over an hour. Only then did I receive my food. Unfortunately, the sushi was very disappointing. The rolls had a very strange shape and looked like they had been made in a rush just to get me out the door after such a long wait. I ordered and waited for my food for 1 hour and 10 minutes. The staff tried to explain it by saying there were other orders ahead of mine, but I could clearly see that wasn’t the case. It honestly seemed like my order was either lost or something went wrong, because when I finally came inside, everyone looked confused and it appeared they only started preparing it at that moment.
