If there were an option for a 0 star review this butcher would get it. Nearly killed me, sent me home despite the behest of the recovery nurses. Ended up going home and requiring a medical helicopter evacuation from CPH to BTV. Several months of extra surgeries and a transfusion at BTV and I am alive but not free from the pain and trauma he caused. Couldn’t fill my script because he didn’t have a valid DEA number.
