Thank you so much for the great job on my crazy plumbing repair! My older house is such a nightmare with any fixes due to things being 'rigged' in the past before I owned it. I rearranged my schedule three times to have someone perform work. The first time, I was notified the morning of that the individual was sick. The second time, I wasn’t even consulted on if the time they were coming worked with my schedule. I was simply told, they will be there on this time/day, make it work. Had them come out to do an estimate on putting a small bathroom in our basement. He said he should have something within a day or two as far as floor plans. And a cost estimate as the price could go up or down a little bit which I understood. I never heard back at all. I called into his receptionist three times and each time she told me he would reach out to me within a little bit but I never heard anything. Great guys and pay alot of attention to details. They do beautiful custom work. They also have an electrical and landscape division.
