Terrible company. No customer service for help if your bike is not working. Parts take forever to ship and they offer no returns. Do not buy an e-bike from zugo.
This company is out of business like most ebike companies
I spent ~$3K on a loaded ZugoBike in Summer 2022 and the company went out of business in less than 6 months after I purchased it at their store. They have no store front anymore, and don't honor warranties. I had the kick stand and "alarm" break within 4-weeks of purchase, and there is no way to get it fixed. They have no shop at 300 S Lamar, repeat, there is no shop at this location referenced in Google Maps. The had a store on 5th and then tried to moved to S. The in-person store is permanently closed. Business is still active online though.
I just left the shop and they are clearly back in business! I bought a rhino secondhand and needed a lot of help getting it running. I ended up going through the website and had a great experience. They were quick, kind, and efficient. Got me back on the road the same day. Also go to the new location as this is the old one.
