This business is 100% the most dishonest company I have ever worked with. I needed to have an engineer come to my home, I told him exactly why we needed his report. He quoted us over the phone, and I agreed to have him come. He made me sign paperwork, then came. He wrote up a small less than a page report, and charged us over 3 times more that what he quoted us on the phone. I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone to do business with him. When we uncovered an issue with our patio and a supporting post at our home, we contacted Tom for his expertise in structural engineering. Tom was very timely in response and fit us into his busy schedule to assess the situation and address our concerns. He charged a very reasonable fee for a site visit and provided a letter of recommendations to provide to our builder to address the issues with our patio and post.
