Incredible knowledge and service.
I was told Ken was the only person to trust my1992 964 Turbo with and they were't kidding. Zuffenhhausen is a trip back in time and location back to Stuttgart. An immaculate shop and Ken has a lifetime of knowledge he's eager to share. The necessary repairs were made on my fuel system and Ken took the time to explain the nuances of my car that no one had yet told me about (this is not the first shop I've used). Ken and his staff regularly service my 2019 Porsche Cayman S. They take their time to explain what service needs to be completed and why. Ken communicates well and follows up with me if I have any concerns. Just last Friday, I brought my car to him at the end of the work day with my memory seat function not working. All I wanted to know was would they be able to fix it or should I take it to the dealership.
