I called and the woman who answered the phone accepted my one hour body combo appointment at 5:30pm. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time and the old guy came out and he just kept saying “20 minutes”, “20mintes”. I did not understand that it was 20 minutes late or duration of my appointment was only “20 minutes”. I explained that my appointment was one hour body combo.
