An unexpected complication occurred during cataract surgery that required retinal surgery the following day. Although I am not blaming him for the complication, I am blaming him for not referring me to a corneal specialist. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Dr. Zudan was very nice and explained the details of cataract surgery and the expected outcome. Ana in the office was also extremely helpful in explaining my insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses.
When we first got there until the time we left Everyone was friendly, helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make us feel safe and in good hands. My husband was getting cataract surgery and he was nervous. He tried to act tough but they made him feel relaxed and safe. Dr Zudan is Wonderful!!! If we could we would give him a 10 !!! Staff is extremely professional, courteous and helpful in all aspects. Dr. Zudan explained my diagnosis in detail, the surgical intervention to prevent blindness and set me up for surgery in his office the following week. He explained that he would do one eye first then the other eye the following week. He had a student in with him the day of my surgery explaining to her what my diagnosis was and the surgical procedure in depth.
