It was very easy to schedule our appointment. Upon arrival, we had a really good communication about what they would be looking for. They were very receptive to my questions. It was an above and beyond inspection, including elements I didn’t even ask them to look for. They gave practical solutions and did not try to sell me on something. I will definitely be calling them for any pest or other needs in the future! This is not a sales company, but a customer oriented team.
Phillip did my periodic termite trap inspection check today. He is polite, professional, efficient, and immediately informed me on what he found.
