I purchased an Italian Virginal from Zuckermann. They experience was incredible. They helped me find the perfect instrument for my needs and pocketbook; they actually suggested a different instrument than I was planning on (which turned out to be much better for me than the one I had in mind, AND less expensive); they were consistently helpful during my first winter, first broken string, etc. I can't say enough good about them. Tried to visit from 8 hours away. Website says no appointment required. Tried twice during posted business hours and they did not answer the door. Did not answer the phone after many attempts and no option to leave a message. This place is either out of business, or they do not accept customers during open hours.
