Exceptional care. PA understood my needs and was able to get care started. After receiving an orthopedic appointment almost 4 weeks away, I was running out of options. Was in pain and understood that I needed an MRI and not X-ray for diagnosis. I had contacted an ER but that would have been a worthless and expensive option because they would only provide an X-ray and refer me to an out of network specialist. Dr Khan is absolutely amazing! This appointment was via Telemedicine (video/e-visit) and I really wish she could be my Primary Provider! She listened to me and was genuinely happy that I was feeling better & that the medication I was prescribed had been helping, to the point where I was absolutely shocked (and happy/relieved) that I was feeling more like “myself”. She was by far the best experience I’ve had with a remote/tele health type of appointment. Typically I feel rushed and brushed of on video appointments, but she took her time to listen to all of my symptoms and offered great treatment plan. I felt heard, and more importantly felt like she truly cared about helping me.
