I want to be fair and start by saying the server was really nice and friendly, and I appreciated that. That said, I was pretty disappointed by the hotpot overall, especially the quality of the protein. It was absolutely delicious and the server was super awesome about explaining the process to us. I love that we can enjoy two different flavors with different spice levels at once because I love to have my food super spicy while my husband does not. While they prep the soup and starting ingredients they recommend you make a dipping sauce and it was a game changer, they have all the ingredients buffet style and adorable little bowls for you to whip up whatever flavors you'd like.
