I booked a ride on Thursday 1/30 and was charged $19.71 to go 1.8 miles. And I called the company multiple times to make a complaint and was always only connected to a dispatcher named James and he confirmed that the driver started the meter at 14:56 (2:56) when i booked the call but he didn't get to my address until 3:10pm and it took him til 3:20 to reach my 1.8 mile trip.
