A failing company that does not honor its commitments. Inexperienced managers who lack basic communication skills. A bad experience with this company.
Ztrip can be terrible at return rides at times, They did not pick me up for hours on at least one occasion and I had to have someone else get me. It turned out they never came at all that day. I would not recommend if you need a taxi often. Could be ok if not needed too often.
