Doesn't matter what I do.... It doesn't matter if I schedule rides it doesn't matter if I call for a cab last minute. They're always freaking late. Yet again, 40 minutes past my scheduled pick up time.... Customer service is a script. They mindlessly answer whatever the computer screen tells them to say. I'm sick and tired of everything ending up a pay as you go service! Bring back cabs!

Never get a ride through z trip they was very unprofessional and stolen $72 off my card after the driver told me that he was only gonna charge me $32 then told me that i was gonna pay for it if I liked it or not then left me out in the heat knowing that I have serious seizures and tells that he doesn’t care and drove off I have a disability I have epilepsy

Ztrip never show up u scheduled a ride with them at 8am this morning and I my flight was at 10am don't use ztrip they are unprofessional and unreliable not giving them no more of my business Ever Screw them

zelda was so sweet and easy to talk with! she showed up on time and took great care of me and my service dog. shes got candy, the whole 9! 10 stars if i could!

Great customer service
