I’ve been a Medicaid NMT rider with zTrip for over a year, and the service has been consistently unreliable and unsafe. On December 12, 2025, cab #8810 took my son and me to a courthouse appointment. The driver (Cab #8810) deliberately took a much longer route (ignoring clear Google Maps directions), then upon arrival refused to unlock the doors, locking us inside the van against our will. Called for a ride for one of our hotel guests and they refused to send a taxi to our property. Wouldn't even discuss why.
