How shit i was desperate. I'd say your service sucks but that automated voice picking up the phone and trying to help was the worst managerial decision ever
Recently had to take from the airport to my accommodation. Did have to wait for driver to arrive, but that was expected. Driver got me here safely and quickly. Only downside was didn't have enough change, so I just increased my tip. Do wish the fair screen was more visible from the back seat so I could've kept track along the way. But overall good service. Thanks.
You're better off just using Uber or Lyft or even hitchhiking. Ztrip takes a terrible amount of time to arrive at your departing point and is no better than it's mobile app competitors.
I have to use this company through motive care without a choice and 99% of the drivers are the meanest rudest people you’ll ever meet. All they care about is getting you there as fast and as dangerously as possible, I would avoid them like the plague and when you call a complain about it, they don’t do anything
App kept asking for pickup address and drop off then asked me to pay for the trip then would freeze up
