I wish I could give it negative stars This is the worst company I have ever see!!!! every night we reserve rides For patients to get home from the hospital there mostly elderly and can no longer drive especially at night or they’ve been in wrecks And don’t have their vehicle any more. They continuously have these elderly/hurting people waiting 6 to 12 hours for a ride. They continue to lie and say someone’s on the way it is disgusting. Booked a ride and was sent something to track when it would arrive. An hour later I received a notification to rate the driver and the trip was complete. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.
I have had three drivers with z Trip they have all been very professional and went out of their way to make my trips successful
The only good thing about this compnay is Bridget, she is the most professional and communicates so effectively that she should be running the company as a leader . The other drivers never come or follow up or give any explanation why they never showed up .
