I called this morning for a ride scheduled at 2 p.m. No one showed & no one called!!! I called the number & recording said, ‘we don’t have a driver, but we’ll let you know when we do.’ Haven’t heard from anyone. I’m so frustrated because they’re scheduling pickup times they cannot accommodate. My friend has acute myeloid leukemia & when he used them to go to SMH CANCER CENTER for chemo, he had to wait nearly 4 hours before they picked him up to bring him home!! I wish I could give it negative stars This is the worst company I have ever see!!!! every night we reserve rides For patients to get home from the hospital there mostly elderly and can no longer drive especially at night or they’ve been in wrecks And don’t have their vehicle any more. They continuously have these elderly/hurting people waiting 6 to 12 hours for a ride. They continue to lie and say someone’s on the way it is disgusting. Booked a ride and was sent something to track when it would arrive. An hour later I received a notification to rate the driver and the trip was complete. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP.
