The people that work here are entitled and break the law whenever they want. Instead of waiting behind other cars on i-30 like everyone else, the driver moved onto the shoulder and drove past everyone. That is not acceptable behavior, especially in a very publicly marked vehicle.
They Reckless drivers who cut people off and tailgate real hard , they don’t use light when lane switching License plate TBB 9914 or something like that date 4/10 very bad look for the company tried to make a complaint to guest services they sent the number straight to voicemail
Jim helped me today in a very timely manner. (This was a rare blessing) We have used Zthnernet at my company for two years now and I dread having to call them to fix something, as it usually takes 30-45 minutes to be resolved. If it is something that is inconvenient but I can live with it, that is what I usually do. I guess it depends on the technician that answers your call but so far Zthernet has just been so-so.
Jim helped me with a phone reset problem, getting access to a shared drive that I didn't have access to, and resolving a password problem. He did a great job with a great attitude.
Great Fast service! I was able to get my issue resolved and get back to work. My care professional was polite, provided step by step directions and gave me tips on getting connectivity back. I would highly recommend this company and it's employees.
