Very supportive environment, instructor (Carl) is awesome, fellow participants are very friendly
Carl is very knowledgeable and I’m thankful to have found this Crozet gem!! For someone who hasn’t worked out in years, I was very apprehensive and intimidated to start back, but everyone here has been so nice and inviting! Thankful to have a place like this in the community.
The gym was great! So clean and well kept equipment. Super friendly & helpful staff. Carl gave a personal analysis of what I needed to focus on to achieve my fitness goals. Definitely recommend!
